My Two Cents
This issue is best summed up in one, fragmented sentence:
Thor meets Dragon Ball Z.
I say that, because this issue is NOTHING but a slugfest between Bill and an obviously-not-quite-right-in-the-head Thor. Basic gist of it: Thor is nuts, Sif gets Bill, Bill reclaims Stormbreaker (as he gave it up 20-odd issues ago), Bill meets Thor, they have a fight triangle wins for at LEAST 9-10 pages, Thor emos during said fight, Bill gets punched to the cosmos and Sif leaves. END THE.
What really sucks is that you have to get an issue of 'Silver Surfer' to learn about what happens to Bill. RIPOFF! Granted I was around when this was going on, but I didn't care for comics and only cared about the 'X-Men' cartoon at the time... but it is a little frustrating if you ask me. =/
That... and the art sucks.
